A large portion of the IT Assist includes remote support for certain issues. This plan will provide you access to Exois’s Helpdesk portal and SLA’s are in place to answer your request within an agreed response time. With IT Assist you can ensure that all of your onsite and remote support issues are taken care of in a timely fashion.
